We are excited to announce our recruitment drive for the Overseas Ambassador Program to expand our presence and accelerate growth in the following regions:

• Japan
• South Korea
• Europe
• Southeast Asia

As part of our global expansion strategy, we are looking for dynamic individuals who can quickly build and engage local communities in the target regions. Our ambassadors will play a key role in attracting effective users and fostering a vibrant community culture.

Available Positions:

We are looking to recruit 6 Overseas Ambassadors:

• 3 Ambassadors for Telegram
• 3 Ambassadors for Discord

What We Are Looking For:

We seek individuals with the following qualifications:

• Local Community Resources: Experience and access to local communities.
• Work Enthusiasm: A proactive attitude and passion for community building.
• KPI Acceptance: Ability to meet performance goals (KPIs).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary
• Special Contribution Bonus
• Weekly Invitation Bonus
• Daily Activity Incentive.
• User Support Reward.

Probation Period:

• Duration: 3 days
• Criteria: Invite at least 30 new users within the probation period.
• Outcome: Successful candidates will be onboarded as ambassadors, and salaries will commence. Unsuccessful candidates will not be compensated.

• Promotion: Recruitment information will be shared through various social media and industry platforms.
• Screening & Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted based on skills and experience.
• Probation Assessment: Candidates will undergo a probation period to assess their performance.
• Final Selection: Candidates who pass the probation period will be officially employed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Engagement: Interact with community members, answer questions, provide support, and share interesting information.
• Invite New Users: Use unique invitation links to recruit local users.
• Promote Brand Culture: Actively develop community engagement and increase user retention.
• Participate in Campaigns: Join and support various community campaigns and activities.

Assessment Criteria:

Ambassadors will be evaluated weekly based on:

• Daily Activity and Engagement: Maintaining a high level of interaction and support.
• User Invitations: Meeting weekly user invitation targets.

Community Contributions: Sharing valuable content and participating in community-building activities.
